It's a wonder nobody was killed except a horse. Heading north, that interchange is dangerous, your heading up a hill so your powering up the hill with vehicles coming onto the interstate trying to get going. They seem to forget they are only doing 30 mph and usually merge over in front of interstate traffic instead of using the nearly mile long ramp to get up to a decent merging speed. I suspect that is what happened since the box truck went off the right shoulder after being rear ended and the CRST truck went left down across the median.
