Article I read earlier today on it said she was found wearing just a skirt, no top.

And the driver claims he was just giving her a ride?

Methinks the charges are going to get upgraded to either murder or getting freaky with a corpse. uke:

In CA it's OK to get freaky with a corpse as long as you didn't kill the corpse.

The question is, is it OK to get "freaky" with a corpse in Tennessee, Kentucky, or Ohio?
