Let's not complicate things with the facts. Perhaps that is the main reason Obama stopped the drilling in the Gulf is to keep the other spill from getting too much publicity. If they demonstrate that there is another spill then they would have a difficult time proving responsibility. The trial could go on for years. BP was an easy target and neither the media or Obama will allow the crisis to go to waste. There is no question that this is a terrible disaster that will affect this country for years to come. It is a shame that this administration got in the way of reducing the damage by their ineptness.

 

Did you know obama invested, or "loaned" 2 BILLION of our dollars in a company called PetroBras a few months back? (JAN 10). It's an oil company in Brazil. A couple of days before this, obama's buddy, George Soros, bought into the same company investing 900 million plus big ones.

They are going to do "deep water drilling". They have been drilling at 14,000 ft and beyond. It's sooooo ironic that the obamanator put a 6 month moritorium on OUR drilling in the Gulf for 6 months because it's too "dangerous", but he can see fit to invest in another countries drilling. Somebody is getting rich!!!

Leon Panetta, the one who put obama's cabinet together, has a brother Tony. Tony just happens to be a lobbyist for BP and NBC, who is owned by GE, who just happens to be in bed with obama, it's a HUGE circle, and it is truly amazing. There isn't enough space or time to fill you in on everything, and I'm sure you don't want me too anyway, but use the power of Google. ALL of these idiots, including obama, are connected with all of these big companies that are trying to get this climate bill through. Google "obama and PetroBras" or "George Soros and PetroBras" or just "George Soros" or anything related to any of that or any of them and it just goes on and on. Soros is one of the one's pulling obama's strings.

You have to wonder how much politics with Obama is connected to interests in
payback to Soros, and funding a foreign Countries oil exploration.

Thing is with this moratorium on our deep water rigs, if that isn't stopped, many of them will move to places like Brazil. :roll:
We will never get those rigs back again, let alone loose over 150,000 jobs.
Those deep water rigs are made with our technology as well, and our President is willing to just let them go?

They will leave before 6 months is up.
These rigs are loosing millions sitting doing nothing, and the Companies risks get greater sitting shut down.

Since your post is taken almost verbatim from yesterday's Glenn Beck program, I just thought I would note that it's John Podesta, not Leon Panetta.

Depending on one's ideological outlook, Podesta is either a lot more committed or a lot more crazy than Panetta. Podesta would be quite unlikely to defend the CIA against Nancy Pelosi's smears, as Panetta did when push came to shove.

So, what you're saying is that we have a whole lot of CORRUPTION, and a COVER-UP of it all on top of that. I'm not surprised.

 

I don't know that it is a "cover up" WW, it's just that nobody is reporting on this and other stuff like this becase it's all out there to see. CORRUPTION? I think anything this administration does is corrupt, so I'm probably not the best person to talk to about that.

I just find it totally amazing, well not really, that none of the big guys, ABC, CBS, CNN and such don't find this newsworthy. I, a total computer dweeb, can go on google and find all this out for myself. Imagine the resources available to someone in "the know".

My personal feeling is this: I think these big networks and publications do know what is going on but don't want to be the first, other than FOX, to start reporting on the things that look bad on obama because they don't want to be known as or be a part of being negative towards the "first black president".

I think once one of them starts reporting on the "negative" things, they will all follow. It has already happened a little with the Gulf oil spill.

I can't believe he has the best ratings of anybody in that time slot, much less the rest of the day or night, other than O'Rielly. I find it immoral that anybody who is soooo wrong about what he say's is staying in buisness. That guy who owns FOX, (Rupert Murdoch), is NUTS for keeping him on the air.

Maybe you should write and complain and see if you can get him removed. :roll: Maybe you'll have more success than EVERYBODY else that has tried to discredit him.

Don't you think if he was soooo wrong about ANYTHING that he would be taken off the air? If you had the money invested that FOX does in their network that they would let some nutjob who doesn't have his facts straight stay on the air? Give me a break!

Just out of curiosity, what have you seen that he has gotten wrong? He's not perfect but I personally think he's pretty much right on with everything he covers.
