I like this statement in the article, which backs up what we've been saying.

"A number of factors will feed into this need for drivers, including retirements, tougher safety regulations designed to get drivers with bad records off the road..."

maybe if companies wouldn't treat drivers as seat covers and actually give them respect, like other jobs do, they would not have a shortage of drivers....
