Your replies are, as are mine, written by Congressional aides and it's not likely that your actual representative ever sees them. When you do get your reply from them, it's likely a form letter that has been "personalized". In any case, you say you're communicating with them, whoever that may be. How's that working out for you? Getting the results you're seeking? :lol:

Check the preamble. Right after providing for a common defense comes "promote the general WELFARE".
