That is a very strange looking truck. I saw one that looked similar on a TV show a few years ago. It had a helicopter that could be launched from the top of the truck. I would love to see some interiors of the truck.

There are more pics at that link, but I dont think they show the inside of the trucks.

That looks eerily like something I saw in Overdrive magazine about 13-14 years ago. There was also a replacement cab called the Pegasus for COE's that was made by someone around that time in an effort to get better mileage. I don't know if I'd want to drive something like that either, especially given the close coupling between tractor and trailer.

Default Close coupling, indeed...

I can see the logic of the aerodynamic lines and almost fish-like curvatures, but I'm with Angel-- how's the thing supposed to "bend" for maneuvering? NOTHING touches my fairings!!!!!
I'd like to see something like that with a connection more like the movement of the head of a ratchet wrench. Then, with my "bendability" restored, I'd LOVE to get that kind of fuel economy!

That was something I was thinking of too. You're making a corner into a driveway, there's a dip at the edge of the street, and your tractor is leaning left, while the trailer is leaning right. Full rubber fairings?
