Passing in 'No-Passing Zones' is what burns my saddle. I can't stand that. Is really worth not waiting?

I was like, "why was that distance sign in Metric?" in that picture.

Then the ".ca" addresses and the "Kelowna Vision Center" ad gave it away.

Gave what away? The origin of the website?

I've had 4-wheelers pass me with double lines, and I've had them pass me on the shoulder of the road too. They'll get away with it until they get caught in a situation they can't get out of.

Some years back, a guy in CO was passing everything in sight. If he couldn't pass on the left, he passed on the shoulder. Then, the tires caught loose gravel. He was westbound, but after it was all over, he was on the eastbound shoulder, up-side-down, and he was dead. He got caught.

All five of the issues they brought up happen all the time. And, if the driver of the 4-wheeler survives, they insist they did nothing wrong. I hear a lot of drivers on the CB talking about "STUPID 4-WHEELERS", but the truth is that they are "UNINFORMED" about the dangers. And, they are not informed because DOT either doesn't know or doesn't realize the danger. We've all got pretty much the same concerns. But, none of us have the ability to get the word across to the 4-wheelers in a manner that they will believe. And, for a number of them, it wouldn't matter anyhow, because things like that always happen to the other guy.
