You used 'good' and 'CARB' together in the same sentence? What the crap?!?!?!
(For those who don't know, CARB here refers to the California Air Resources Board.) That truck was from the day when Peterbilt's headquarters were actually in California, not Texas. Also, that was in the days before diamond-shaped placards were commonplace.
