Ok, so um, update:
i don't think these are nessesarily "all you can eat" situations as of late; They are "2nd serving" situations which is still pretty good. i have not utilized 2nd servings yet, but plan to.

For the record, the ones that have buffets do NOT offer this. *Some* of the ones without buffets don't offer it either. Neither of the Baltimore T/A's offer it, and Richmond (I-95, exit 89) doesn't offer it.
