This guy got fuel, pulled up, went in and was standing at the fuel desk, truck took off, jumped the curb, crashed through the fence and rolled down the hill until it hit a tree, they were holding it with the wrecker until they can cut the trees down and pull it out forward, it was too steep to pull it back up the hill
That would suggest the brakes were not properly set. Maybe just pulled the "trolley bar" down and left it at that. Popping the buttons, it shouldn't have moved unless the adjustments were that far out.

AHH, I got a stupid question. Why would someone use the trolly bar to park with? Or is the fact that he did use it to park be the stupid part?
