I told you I would post other f-ups as I spotted them. this was a fairly new driver at
my old company.... the drivers story is, he pulled over to get directions and had no phone service, when he tried to pull out, he was stuck, someone he knew came by and took him down the road where the phone would work, and when he got back, this is what he found

nice...soft shoulders are horrible, couple years back, we had a mixer on the shoulder of a new street pour, driver left the truck mixing and as he and a few others were standing there, waiting on the paver to get set, the shoulder collapsed and the truck rolled into the creek....

They are easier to grease that way.
