I just heard that with all the plastic surgery, they're going to "re-cycle" him now, and make a bunch of plastic toys out of him... Now, the kids will be able to play with him for a change.

Well, I wasn't a recent fan. I liked him when I was a kid. Of course, the 80's was all about Michael Jackson. I'm still shocked about his death. Although, the lifestyle doesn't shock me. Just like many other celebrities, there are usually drugs involved in 'sudden deaths'. It's sad.
I saw some videos today on BET. Well, my sister was watching, but I saw those old videos, and it brought back some memories of me watching them on MTV, way back when.
He had a lot on his plate in his personal life. The lawsuits, and going broke, but he sure made a change in the music industry in the 80's, becoming one of the biggest stars.

the paramedics messed up by sending him to ucla medical center. if they sent him to the children's hospital, he would have propped up in no time.
i think he died from food poisoning that came from eating 9 year old wieners.

There was something on the news about him, I think about a month ago or so, about some kind of staff infection from his latest surgery. If I remember right, he was even having blood transfusions because of it. I can't claim to be an authority on Staff Infections, but I've never heard of that to treat it before. I know there's an "enhanced" staff infection called MERSA that quite drug resistant. Don't know if that's what he had or not.

My first dance with my first girlfriend was to "I'll be there". It's been downhill for Jacko ever since.
RIP

I was watching the news, and it appears that there are some rather suspicious circumstances surrounding his death. Although Michael Jackson was due to begin his "Comeback" Tour in a few weeks, he was in the midst of what apparently had become a very ugly legal battle with his manager. It seems that Jackko and his business manager had some serious problems involving poor communications.
His manager had scheduled him for his Comeback Tour, which was due to open in Dubai.
Michael Jackson thought he was scheduled for a Cum-back Tour, which was due to open in Duboy!!
Word has it that The Reverend Ted Haggard will be officiating his funeral services.

Like I said... There was a thing on the news about him having a serious staff infection that came along with one of his latest surgeries. The picture they showed on the TV had red blotches on his face and he was on his way to the hospital to get treatment for it. Don't know if that's what killed him or not.
A neighbor here was hospitalized with a staff infection too. The drug resistant stuff is pretty serious, I guess.
