And he if was paid percentage at my company running my loads last year he would have made 48k on percentage and 43k if he got .41cpm.....see it's about the company and not cpm vs. %.

also Richmond is probably one of the most easiest and less traveled part of I-95 of most of the major cities south of D.C... Hell most of the Truck Traffic take I-295 to bypass Richmond if their not jumping on I-85... Another thing most Swift drivers take I-295 to get the Highland Springs Exit to get there Terminal.. Wow that guy needs to be fired!!

UPS Freight, formerly Overnite. Road drivers start at .38/mi top out at .57/mi after 3 years and top rate goes up every year. City drivers start at 15/hr with current top rate at 22.50/hr. There are 4 1/2 years left on the current contract at which time top rate will be .66/mi and 26.15/hr. We're not hiring yet but we're taking apps. Must have doubles and hazmat.

Guess I need to go get my doubles and do the hazmat crap (I let mine expire).

Do I need to sign up through the local teamsters 1st?
