Driver Image? Would you be proud .....

rick astley is a freaking legend. his lyrics shall be carved in stone. as for the driver, i think he's simply messing with all those who see and laugh at the "move over" plate. it's like to the effect of when i once rolled into a truck stop fuel island with mariachi playing. the local hicks gave me a stare, and asked about what i was playing. i replied in some spanish and it about set off some events. confederate flag waving people are fun to mess with. there's no limit to the amusement i get from those types.

Well, hmmm.. (thinking)
What I don't understand, is the "move over" sign on his grill. Wait. Let me rephrase that.. Why does he have the sign?.. if this truck is a Swift truck, why have the sign on the grill? If it was a cowtruck, I would understand. But, dear Swift driver, you think anyone is actually driving slow enough to read that move over sign? ![]() Jackrabbit; There is something that you, and everyone else who's posted here are missing. This "Move Over" sign has absolutely NOTHING to do with the driver wanting to be a BillyBigRigger, or a Super Trucker, or a bad*****. In fact. you can expect to see more SWIFT trucks outfitted the same way in the not-too-distant future. As a cost saving measure, Swift is no longer performing brake jobs on their trucks. The cross you see on the front of the trucks indicates the number of 'kills" that the driver has racked up due to people refusing to move over!! Last edited by Useless; 03-03-2009 at 02:07 PM.

You don't watch Top Gear on BBCA do you? If not, you have so got to see when they came to the US and drove from Jacksonville to NO. Dressed the cars up, one said NASCAR SUX and another said something about country music. They got as far as Alabama before the chit hit the fan when they stopped for gas.

Sy, IRL is all Left Turn also.
They just started running a few road courses but they are predominantly Left Turn specialists.I can put up with the short road course races but like the Rolex 24 and 24 of LeMans, BORING. F1, that's fine by me, short and sweet. I would not go around saying NASCAR sux in the South though. Just like I would not go over to Italy and say Ferrari sux or anywhere in Europe and say F1 sux. Now if you have a death wish, then by all means go ahead and say it as loud as you want. It'd be like going into Harlem and well you know, pulling a Bruce Willis in Die Hard 3. Your just asking for a beatdown or worse.
