BanditsCousin, ya know.. I'm a little slow at times, but are you not bed bugging? Or is it climate control? Anyhow,... don't ya love those old reefers? We used to have some of them. You could hear them motors all across town.

No bedbugging for me. I get a lot of call outs on the CB why I have a reefer unit on a bedbugger trailer though. I usually tell them " grandma's rocking chair needs to stay room temperature" lol. So, you are correct with the term "climate control". The freight needs to stay at a 70 degrees. If the reefer breaks and it's hot out, its actually OK. These machines cannot, absolutely, positively not see a freezing temperature or you just sent a 5 million dollar machine back to the manufacturer to be gone through.

Yes, it's a loud one, but you get used to it (kinda). I preloaded my normal 53' tri-axle trailer yesterday in Milwaukee, WI, then picked this up and ran down yonder to make a delivery. I'll be back in my aluminum wheeled, chicken-lighted, liftgate-less trailer tomorrow night and head out West

I made a post about it a little over a year ago in the o/o section. Although, since the switch, I have ran a couple hhg loads, the last one being in August. My normal trailer isn't a climate though.
