Default is anybdy driving with an exemption from the FMCSA

I'm wondering if anybody is driving with an exemption from the FMCSA. Mine is up for renewal. I did just get one ticket for going too fast for conditions. I'm wondering if this is going to disqualify me from getting my exemption renewed.

Does anybody know?

Not sure what you are asking. What is expiring? Exemption from or for what? Too fast for conditons may disqualify you due to an insurance company not allowing you to be insured but the FMCSA doesn't deal with that that I know of. The only thing I know of that FMCSA issues exemptions for are medical items such as diabetes, sleep apnea, etc.

If it is your CDL, your state licensing department would be the one to contact as to how many points that carries toward you license.
