i like looking at backgrounds and trying to figure out where the picture is taken....is that cedar rapids?? i cant guess?

On US-23, in MI, the truck in front of me had that happen. A kid was driving and Daddy beside him. It was the trucker's fault until the cop got there. When I went by, the trooper was on his sixth page in the ticket book, Daddy was silent, and the kid was being VERY ATTENTIVE to what the cop was telling him.:clap:
