Holy Crap! Road Rage in Garland, TX???

Hobo was right Rev. I posted a "possibility" that this former Ex-trooper-turned scumbag, had a beef with Truck-drivers. Maybe even Latino truck drivers. I posed that thought, for the simple fact that this piece of garbage, killed a 20 year old hispanic kid sitting at a traffic intersection, right off the I-635, then after getting onto I-635, he fires upon three truck drivers, killing one and injuring one. I-635 in Dallas (the eastern loop) is a 3-lane, very busy freeway. Lot's of malls on that stretch of road. This piece of Garbage had far more 4-wheel traffic to shoot at, then he did trucks...yet aside from the 20 year old kid...he shot at trucks and their drivers. As far as his ability to aim at the drivers, I-635 is 3 lanes wide through there. He could have very well been firing at the drivers from the far left lane, while the trucks were in the far right lane. If it were totally random, he would have been shooting at cars, pickups, SUVs, even UPS and FEDEX delivery vans. Except for the kid, that was not the case. I'm just wondering...did he have an issue with that particular kid? After all....nobody knows yet if he knew the boy, had encountered him at a possible job interview....at a load dock somewhere working as a lumper...or any other such scenerio. There is nothing in any of the stories, that fully explain why he "quit" the Utah Highway Patrol. Is there more to his employment at UTHP, than is being told? That piece of Garbage should have lived to see "Justice" served. "Old Sparky" works well here in Texas. Do I feel that "We" as truck drivers, need to be leary of Law Enforcement, in the manner that Hobo has suggested?? No....Of course not. However, "We, as drivers, need to always be aware of conditions around us. Could any of these drivers have avoided being shot at? Probably not. I am late responding, because my PC here at the house crashed yesterday morning, WHILE I was trying to respond. Had to go get my laptop out of the truck!

I forget what link I searched that said the Utah state trooper was fired or had to resign due to drinking alcohol on the job and getting caught. Not sure why he migrated to Texas to start shinanigins.

Thanks, orgtx.
Of course it was me, I wouldn't have left a family behind and a wife. I never encountered a Vincent Fister (United Van Lines) driver that was a jagoff or wouldn't help me out. Everyone is nice at that agent, and I can't fathom something as senseless as this happening. Hopefully this won't spawn a trend for crazy people to start. Just yesterday I read on yahoo! news that a guy dressed as Santa and went to his former inlaws and killed like 6 of them because of the messy divorce in a revenge mission. I'm not sure, but I think he killed himself too after. Not sure why people take out others, then off themselves.
