Gee...I feel so bad for the auto workers and the teamsters...I might just have to go ahead and haul the rest of the loads, that I get offered the rest of this year for free..so I can share their pain!
Wait.......I've taken a big enough cut in revenue...I'm with Mike.....I don't feel so bad for them at all.

The Union would be fools to not take the pay cuts. If they don't take them, Yellow is out of business and the workers are highly pissed off at their Union for screwing them over. At the same time it hurts the Union in the overall scheme because if their people aren't working, then they ain't getting no Union dues money. This downturn in the economy could be a blessing in disguise against these Unions, they will have to renegoiate their contracts for the company to survive and so their workers can keep working so they can keep paying their Union dues. If they don't do that, the Union and the company will go out of business and that's not a bad thing since the Unions have these company's by the balls anymore.
