Newark, NJ - doesn't matter where, I just have no signal there.
I have the same problem in those areas also.

The only thing I can think of with the I-270 problem may be the high-tension power line that borders the interstate there.

Or, it could be the Swift terminal

I only lose signal, I have an MP3 wire connected from Sirius to my radio and I have no problem with bleed over's anymore or having to search for a frequency that works. I just flip over to my AUX side and click on the Sirius and it's golden, no more sounding like I'm listening inside a tunnel.

My XM plays through my laptop, which is wired direct into the truck stereo. I don't lose the fm frequency, I lose the satellite signal itself.

I've had a problem in those areas in every radio/antenna/truck I've had.
