Ok so we are all on the same page I AM AN IDIOT. What is per deim? ive been told to do it and ive been told not to do it. Iusuall get a refund at tax time will i still? I have a family and bills so the biggest check weekly helps does it affect that. as much info as possible would be helpfull. I just started with a new company (for me ) and i picked per deim but based on what i learn here that can change. thanks BJS
