Attention!!!!
Instead of whining about the fourms and how bad they are, click on "User CP"(upper left hand corner and change the defaults. Got my avatar back up
 but still will not give me my signuture.

Mine still won't let me put an avatar in. It may have worked for you, but it only gives me the option of "no avatar." C'est la vie.

I didn't have an optin for the avatar with the new username, however when I logged in with my OLD name, it let me put my avatar back up. Try it.

But can you put a link in your sig line? not tweety bird can have a link (that doesn't show the code) but no avatar. tweety bird can have an avatar but no link...

Nope. Can't get ANY code to work in the sig line.If you look at the bottom of the page where you edit the sigline BB and html code are turned off.

Why can't you? I reset my password yesterday, and it kept telling me I was banned. I sent an email to scott at (you know the domain name already - this is a measure against spam). Whether he received it or not, I don't know, but I'm able to post now.
Just be patient. Obviously, there were some glitches to be worked out with this new forum. It's not going to be corrected with the snap of a finger. |
