I can't say I know how long his has been going on but it can't have been very long- it seems a little harsh to write off the whole message board based on an obvious mistake. Okay, okay, a BIG, obvious mistake- but, clearly, it's not intentional. Not fixed yet, but not intentional.

I have to admit they did a good job in killing this forum. Lack of moderation and moderators kicking people out left and right and leaving the bad ones in. No notification of the changes about to be made and it looks like they lost all the posts. Good job guys. Who ever is the total douche bag that did the conversion needs to take a course in basic 101 computer skills.

This was never the number one forum by the way. In fact, I think they were at the bottom of the list.

Where is everyone going? What forum was the one Rev was kicked out of? They sound like they actually do moderation there?

In terms of traffic, CAD is the top trucking website online- other than nttsbreakdown.com but they don't have a message board. At least, not that I know of.

I don't know why everyone is getting so mad or upset. It's possibly just one day out of your lives, and everybody is freaking out on the admins.

These things happen when you convert a forum over.

I've done this a few times myself and I never do it when I can't be right there helping for 12 hours after.

Did you figure that with the screw-up (yeah, they buggered it by not informing the board of what was happening), you could get on and let it all hang out and start taking shots at mods again?

I don't give a damn one way or another if you stay or go, but drop your condescending BS attitude toward the mods for the last time. If you're still harboring a grudge because of the flare up earlier this year, for crying out loud, get some help. You're here posting because the mods took a vested interest in bringing you back after the issues. No one here had to reapprove your re-admission and any one of us could have dropped the boom on you at any time. But we didn't. I really, truly, don't get why you still have such a stupid chip on your shoulder. :rolleyes:

The board changed. Deal with it. It damn sure ain't dead and things will smooth out. If that throws such a crimp into your lifestyle, find another place to call home.

Look people, it's a messageboard. The format changed and yeah, it'll take some time to get used to it. And yeah, I'm not really happy with the lack of notice, either, but what's done is done. In the end, this is still just a messageboard. Ideas and discussions are still exchanged. And life will go on.
