Yes.. it was terrible news. We losing all the real talent and are left with the the want-a-bees.

The Sting Cool Hand Luke A legend that will be missed! Trivial fact: They filmed Road to Perdition for 10 days right near my house. The crew set up camp in a park about a block from me and I had people camping in my yard trying to catch a glimpse of the stars. Mr. Newman and Mr. Hanks would stop everyday and sign autographs and have pics taken. Very classy!

"The Hustler" The best thing about him was his great genorosity. His "Newmans' Own" salad dressings have contributed over $175 MILIION to charity. He also was involved and helped build numerous camps for children with severe illnesses/disabilities. We certainly need more people like him in the world today. |
