If we are telling truckdriver stories I started in Gallup,NM,pulled into St,Louis to go on break and my buddy was there heading for home so I ran with him to Michigan,not advisable in todays world. Ok now I don't even believe this story :wink: ,this is the first time I ran the miles for that trip......wow (not smart).But I got into one of those convoy type of deals you run into every once in a great while,we had 8-9 trucks all running pretty good across TX and OK and when we got to MO it was just like 3 of us after that.Good conversation can make the miles go by pretty quick.

My personal best is that I've made it to and from my destinations safely and without incident. Don't ask me about distances within certain amounts of time, because I haven't bothered keeping my log books from when I did drive OTR.
