I was just kidding. It's funny, my son came home from the Marines once with 4 buddies. They were listening to Greatfull Dead, Rollin Stones, ZZ Top, Led Zepplin and I was like WTF????? He said they all do.
Then a song came on, I can't remember which one, like Leader of the Pack but done by a more recent band. I sang a common line from it when the time came and my son was like BOING!!! You listen to this group? I said no, it's a remake. He didn't believe it till I played the original. It's funny how very few bands out there can sing without the noise to drown out the crapola voice. I think Amy Winehouse has one of the most incredible voices of all time. Who else can sit in a chair and sing so perfect without a band. She fights really good too!!! lol |
