I barely heard anything at all about that accident. All I know is that's one of my worst fears when driving. Anytime I'm on a high bridge, I always end up as far from the edge as possible.

She admits to falling asleep... But all the pics on MySpace show her with alcohol either in her hands or going down her throat. Aren't blood samples one of the very first things they do when you first get into the hospital? Sure would like to know what the test results are.

If there was alcohol in her blood, it needs to be VEHICULAR HOMICIDE. Go beyond manslaughter. They need to take those "myspace pictures" into court too. Show a pattern.

Where are the trucking accident lawyers now?

When the man in Chicago drove his truck through an intersection and into a rail station filled with people - killing two - his face was plastered all over the news. Is her face plastered all over the news?

On the Florida Turnpike - on my last trip outta there - I saw a huge billboard with the face of a trucking accident victim and some words I could barely read however, I'm sure they denounced us all - should we chip in to purchase a billboard about how we DIE to keep these morons safe on the road? This is not the first time it has happened. Remember the two idiots racing down a highway in traffic - one of them hit a tanker and he went over the side to avoid the stopped traffic? He's dead. Isn't that lovely.

The man is dead - his truck fell off of a bridge and we're wondering how she's doing with her surgeries. I can only imagine how the family of the truck driver feels.

I am sad and I am very angry.

It's days like this that make me feel like
1. They wouldn't be happy at all unless we all took to the ditch.
2. They are only good for accidents; they'll be the death of us all.

Where is our version of PATT, our version of CRASH.

I wonder if she had been the one who fell over the side after being hit by a sleepy truck driver how this might've played out... If he had any injuries at all, they would be treating them from JAIL, let's be for real.

And then I suppose all of my anger is simply my fear of falling from a giant bridge - or any bridge - like this man who was just minding is own business one day while at work, a man who will never get to go home again. His life snuffed out, stolen, because some moronic little girl was too sleepy to pull over -

Then in all my anger, I realized that I was once a stupid and thoughtless 19-year-old who fell asleep at the wheel. I was afraid to tell my Dad that I was tired, and I didn't even consider the other motorists on the road. I flipped my SUV and a pair of truck drivers from Oregon kept me awake until an ambulance showed up. Thank God no other vehicles were involved except mine, but had there been I have no idea what I would've thought or said or did or anything.

A few years after that one of my best friends flipped her car on the Delaware Memorial Bridge and a truck driver put out the fire, broke out a window and rescued her.

And so I guess I'm just sad that this man comes out looking like a bad guy and he's the one who has the grievance... I'm just sad now.
I'm praying for you all, all of the drivers out there who risk their lives daily and all of our families.

Believe you me, if her lawyer(s) don't get that Myspace page shutdown ASAP she will pay big time from the other side. Lawyers for the truck driver will be all over it whether it's set to private or not.
