Are you ever going to take my (and others on CAD's) advice on getting your CDL from a moving company, or are you happy with your current progress on obtaining a class A?

Honestly right now I'm pretty happy with my current progress on getting my CDL. I didn't come this far to give up and I'm not going to!

How is getting your cdl though a moving company "giving up"???

So what happens if the farm company deal doesnt give you a job or tells you they wont give you a truck for the test? Then why not try to moving company thing?

And I've been really wondering...Do you REALLY know how to drive a truck?? I know you've said "I learned by watching and doing" but how much of the doing experience do you really have? What type of equipment have you ran? Alot of backing and downshifting experience?
Like I said before, I am all for you succeeding, but I just hate to see you fall flat on your face if your given the chance to hop in the drivers seat.
I know before I started, I knew (COUGH COUGH I MEAN I THOUGHT I KNEW), how to drive but come to find out, I didnt know shit! And to my suprise it wasnt like cruising the standard transmission chevy pickup around the block.

I'm gonna talk to my co-op teacher and see if he can help me out.

As far as experience goes I bought trucks in and out the wash bay and put them back on the line and also coupled and uncoupled trailers for about 6 months.
