Not an official question, because you already had yours.

Rev. = I'm an ordained minister. Yes, it's a mail-order ordination. I got it just so I could say that I was a minister.

Vassago = this page can explain it better than I can. I got it from the Dean Koontz book, "The Hideaway", which eventually was made into a really crappy movie.

Neither. I'm not into online gaming. The last time I was, my game of choice was Star Wars: Dark Forces Jedi Knight II. That was about 8 or 9 years ago.
