Default Looking for car movers, for personal vehicle

I'm trying to find some information on what companies are the most reliable, safe, and economical when it comes to moving my personal vehicle from here in Canada, to Pennsylvania.

I'd really appreciate some sound and informed opinion on this issue, as also approximate costs.

Thanks in advance.

Are you moving yourself(U-Haul) or hiring a HHG to move you? If you are using a HHG, then they should be able to haul your for you.

I'm not sure about the HHG guys, as I'll be moving with just my car. Do they move only cars ?

Call around the HHG(Household goods) companies in your area as well as some of the ones in this area and see. Maybe they have some room on a trailer and are heading this way and can do it for you.

This is probably a bad time of year to try to get HHG companies to move only a car. Most HHG companies put cars on a third party open car carrier during the summer months. With business as slow as it has been, however, who knows.

If you do go with a HHG company, expect to pay anywhere from $800 - $1500, depending upon the type of car, and distance.

The Rev is 100% right. Where is the car going? I've brokered like 10 cars in the last 6 months on a car enthsiast site and through personal friends. I haul em too.
