Sorry, but that so called man is still technically a woman. I don't blame the doctors that refused to get him pregnant. I wouldn't mind a bill that said if a woman wants to change gender that she should also remove her female parts. I'm sorry, but this is sick to me.
Besides only in Sims 2 can a man become pregnant by being kidnapped by an alien. It should stay in science fiction.

The fact that this(man) is pregnant further demonstrates that she is and always will be the soil, and she could never.. be.. the.. seed. Pregnant man, huh, more like bearded woman. :lol: I saw a story about that "guy" in a magazine, but had to stop reading it because it made me sick.
