Okay, so... Is "BENEFICIARY" your GIVEN name or your SIR-NAME???? If an attorney is contacting you about an inheretance, said attorney already has your name. And, when they do get in touch with you, they also give you the name of the "dearly departed". There really is a David Esparza, but he's a two-time emmy award winning sound editor. I would not expect him to be trying to give you any kind of inheretance.

Definitely a SCAM. Get your information and use it to their advantage.

sad thing is that 97% of my family is hillbillies from the hills and hollers of southern Ohio and West Virginny......dadgum, maybe papa and mama hid money in the outhouse....dadgum :shock:

In that case, you would do FAR better to grab a shovel and start digging :lol: :lol: :lol:

Who knows, you might find some of those old toys you lost in the sandpile. They're antiques now. Worth something, maybe.... :lol:

This isn't new, same basic scheme that's been going around for a couple of years.

Not even close to being a NEW scam like you stated. This has been going around for years, names and details changed but not new at all!

What seems to be a new scam are emails saying they can get you the tax check most people are getting NOW!
It's got scam written all over it.

Don't any of you have enemies. Those are names and phone numbers I give in response to those scams.
