Would the police still write a ticket against you on it though? You know - huge fine, court costs, higher insurance costs, lose your job because of a ticket, etc etc etc

VERY nice pic though

Whether or not the police could ticket you for running the sign would depend on whether or not the sign was on a public or private road.

I know that when we go into chemical plants....we are required to stop at all railroad crossings and usually at intersections as well. No ticket for violation, but many of the plants will run you off and bar you if you screw up. I would have to guess that they would also call the company.

This sign is obviously on private property and/or a private road. But, as it says, stopping for a railroad track IS THE LAW..... isn't it?? If you're a tanker yanker?? [not talking MILK here, folks!]

But, yeah.... the penalty sounds a bit harsh! I wonder if the Governator is standing by with his RED EYE???

But then that makes one wonder about the place that MANY of you frequent on a daily basis or so..... a TERMINAL!

Do they have signs that say "Terminal Restaurant" or "Terminal Showers" or how about "Terminal Drivers Only!"

How about "Terminal Medical Facility" ???

I think that's a company sign.

To me, it reads you could be fired.

I see a company name at the bottom...unless you see this guy......
