Hey sheepdancer.

Just curious. You left on good terms with JB Hunt. Why not go back? Does your new position pay more? Couldn't you workin a referral for JB once and awhile?

hey sheep, my man will drive his ass off as long as it is in bed next to me every night.....What you got for him???

Oh I should mention He is a very picky bastard that wont take anything less than what he is worth but will drive the F%*^ out of what ever he puts his mind too. Has stamina and keeps drivers side door closed till the job is done. pm me if you think you got something that will entice him!!!

he is open to consideration as long as it is near ME!!!!

Nothing at all wrong with a person holding out for a job that pays what he thinks he is worth (unless they are unemployed). However sometimes a problem arises when a person thinks he is worth one thing and the employer thinks he is worth another thing.
As far as jobs I have that would get him home everynight sleeping beside you....I dont. Sorry. I only recruit for OTR and regional positions.

Nothing at all wrong with a person holding out for a job that pays what he thinks he is worth (unless they are unemployed) Maybe he is just self employeed not making any money right now! its all about perspective. However sometimes a problem arises when a person thinks he is worth one thing and the employer thinks he is worth another thing.
As far as jobs I have that would get him home everynight sleeping beside you....I dont. Sorry Nothing to be sorry about, has already lined up two possibe local runs, I was just checking, If OTR is all there is Knight Trans already wants him. I only recruit for OTR and regional positions.

I would like to mention that he isnt prideful and has NEVER had a problem starting at the bottom humbley proving his worth, I just already see his value. I should also mention, we didn't make this decision rashly and have peace and faith it is the right thing for our family and my hope is in this" Where God Guides God Provides" Nuff said.

Believe me, I wasnt implying that your husband isnt worth a high paying job. I dont know your husbands situation. There are a lot of local jobs out there. I was just making a point because I have seen it 100s of times. Someone waiting for that perfect local job, going broke and digging themselves in a hole that they cant get out of. When most likely they could have gone to an OTR or Regional job. Worked hard, made great money and eventually transfer into local job with that same company.

OK the details....no im not recruiting for JB anymore. Im now working independantly for many many companies. So far it looks like I will be recruiting for:
Arnold
Celedon
Core Carrier
Epes Transport
Heartland Express
Hunt Transportation
Lisa Motor lines
MCT
Roadrunner Dawes
Us Express
USA truck
Transport America
Swift
Sharkey Transportation
Shaffer
Royal Express.

I think this is going to be great and with the varied jobs I have, I think I will be able to find many drivers what they want. And I might have the ability to find something for many drivers with "questionable records" or a few flaws.
Keep in mind that Im very new to working with the companies and it will take a little while to know the ins and outs of each one. So bear with me.
Well, Im glad to be back!
Just what the trucking industry needs,, ANOTHER recruiter*** (no disrepect to you.) ALL "real truckers" know that, ALL recruiters are NOTHING but, professional liers. (sorry for the bad spelling?) I'm NOT saying you are. All I'm saying is: Recruiters, as a profession, is the WORSE of the trucking world!!!! THERE IS NO TRUTH IN A RECRUITER and EVERY, "real trucker" knows this!! It"s a real shame that you have, "turned" on the AMERICAN truck driver in a way, such as this!!!!!!

Perhaps, you'd like to list YOUR credentials as a "real trucker" that would supercede your standing of a rookie poster with only 16 posts?

It's quite possible that you are an O/O with 30 years of experience who just found this board.... but, I'd be willing to bet a week's pay against those odds!

On a very BASIC level, NO ONE gets a company job (at least) without the existence of a "recruiter."

"He Who Dances With Sheep" is a KNOWN entity here..... you are not. You ARE welcome here..... but, I suggest you wait 'til you're off the "training potty" before attacking him. Oh yeah, I KNOW you said you didn't mean HIM, but then you went on to INCLUDE him. SOME of us here, are JUST smart enough to comprehend that.
