Default Motorola razr cell phone??

HI

Anyone use a Motorola Razr V3M from Sprint? I just signed up with them and was wondering about the phone. It gets bad reviews because of the low battery life. I was wondering what the reception is like in isolated places and what it sounds like when roaming.

thanks

I have one too. Yeah the battery life isn't very great so it's a good idea to get a back up battery. My wife also has a Razr and uses a bluetooth device and her battery will last quite a while since the phone isn't ever opened.

I use the Motorola Phone Tools ( http://direct.motorola.com/ens/MPT/MPT_Home.asp ) and love it. You can make your own ringtones, transfer your pictures and video. There are some other programs you can use to do some pretty serious tweaking on it. My last phone was a Blackberry and I like the razr much better and the reception is much better than the Blackberry.

I've heard a lot of people complain that it doesn't take much to crack the screen because it's so thin.

Is this the latest & greatest Razor on the market?

Man, I wanted one sooo bad! I waited until my UPGRADE time came up---wanted it.....THEN they told me the price tag...I almost feel over!

That's the UPGRADE price??? I've already had a contract for 2 years---and the blood suckers wanted THAT much just for an upgrade.
You'd think AT&T thought it was an I-PHONE.

I have a Motorola Razr3 but I have it through U.S. Cellular. I use a Motorola Bluetooth ear piece with it as well when i'm driving. My battery's lasted for 1 1/2 years. Just purchased a new one for the phone.

My wife has a Razr. She loves it, but she usually has to charge the battery just about every other day.

I have one and I don't know how many times it has fallen on the pavement from my shirt pocket or just dropped it and it still works great, but the battery life is low.

Great phone, as long as I charge it once a day when I am on the road or every other day at home the battery gives me no problem. I dropped one out of the truck and the top part, screen and all broke completely off. I was able to use it still by dialing with the keypad and using my headset to call to get a replacement. I don't think you can beat it for tough!
