They are hoping to make a huge money gain on this, so keep it dead on the limits boys and girls.

Ya they have had a couple of them on the 101 loop in Scottsdale for awhile. the downfall with them is that they can't be moved so they will be targeting problem areas for deployment of the cameras if they get approval. Last I heard there were still some problems with the Scottsdale cameras and ppl not paying them! lol
They don't snap your pic until more than 8mph over anyways so eh...be a little more careful and if you see the locals slowing down...might be a clue!

eagle, having sorta the same thing here in VA but wth red light cameras, no you would not get hit with it if you signed the form(affadavit) saying that it was not you driving. Now, Arizona may be different on that but you still should be able to fight it if it was not you driving, right to face your accuser.

Sure, why not! It's your car, and you told me to drive it out west. :P Would that be like driving though the Pike Pass at the toll in someone else's car? :P

That would be just wrong!

When Scottsdale first put those in, they caught a guy flashing the camera (his arse mind you) while driving between 80-100. It was on the news, so yes its true
