mr ford95 that boxter was an accident in the uk , it was a double fatal , it hit a tree at 150 mph , the speedo was stuck on that .
Now, you've gotten my curiousity up... Outside of an airport runway(with a pair of JATO Bottles lashed on), where in the UK do you find a stretch of pavement long enough and straight enough to get the speed up that high??????? :?:

I like the cables running along the upper deck. If I had something like that some years ago on my car hauler, I would likely not have fallen off and gotten hurt.

Def. some places in the UK to get going fast. They ticketed a guy not long ago for doing 160+, said it was the fastest speed ever in the UK. Need some luck to do it though, as in nobody else on the road.

Love that Nurenburg Ring, the one the F1 guys no longer drive on. What was it, 21 miles long and went thru some small villages? I have a pic of the big 180 degree turnabout with a big passenger bus taking it. Real freaky looking, looks like the bus is on the verge of rolling over.

The Autobahn really isn't that bad compared to some of our roads these days. Probably a little more sane over there, plus if you do wipe out, rescue is at the standby 24/7 and responds super fast.

Can't go fast in Europe? Tell F1 driver Lewis Hamilton that. Busted for 126 mph in an 85 zone.

Or Mike Schumacher taking the wheel of a pokey cab and drivin the wheels off of it to make his plane on time in Germany. Scared the begeezus out of the cab driver but he got a nice $150 tip.
