Default Hank Thompson dies at 82.

I heard on The Roadhouse on Sirius last night that Hank Thompson died.

To add along with Hank Thompson, I also just read that Porter Wagoner died, October 28.

Man, they are all leaving us.

RIP

My band backed him up for two shows in Westport, Washington in the summer of 1990. In the old days he was noted for carrying a terrific western swing band around with him. In 1990 he was reduced to using whatever pick-up bands he could find. It was an ordeal.
