The CNN/YouTube Republican Debate
Accepting Submissions What will YOU ask the Republican presidential candidates? On November 28, YouTube and CNN are holding the second of our presidential primary debates, , in which YOU ask the questions of the candidates through videos you submit on YouTube. Submit your question HERE, then tune in to watch your questions broadcast and answered by the Republican candidates LIVE on CNN this fall in St. Petersburg, Florida. * Be original -- choose your own approach. * Be personal -- your perspective is important. * Choose your focus -- you can address one or all of the candidates. * Keep it quick -- your question should be less than 30 seconds. * Make it look good -- speak loudly and keep that camera steady. * Provide context -- in your question or video description, include your name and home town. * Please note -- all videos are subject to the YouTube terms of use. How come truck drivers are classified unskilled labor and why are they exempt from the FLSA?
That is a freeby, if anyone wants it, but I imagine there are more pertinent things on drivers minds, like higher speed limits, less DOT and more hours to drive so they can make more money. Oh, yeah, and get rid of all the no engine brake laws so they can rattle windows at 2 am.

Where would you start? This administration/congress has been such a failure at all levels, it is difficult to find just one question. A question they will not answer anyway.
OK, let's find an intelligent question pertaining to any of these failures, and the remedy (in no particular order): 1) Iraq 2) Illegal immigration 3) Mexican trucks 4) from a suplus to a 9 trillion $ deficit 5) border/port security 6) Healthcare 7) Environment 8) loss of 3 million manufacturing jobs 9) Ethics reform 10) Halliburton and fraud/waste in no bid gov't contracts in Iraq/Afghanistan 11) Illegal wiretapping 12) Social security funding 13) Corporate tax loopholes 14) Cheney Now ask the Dems what they intend to do: Especially with taxes and most importantly, if you would like to pass anything along to your children, wether the Dems intend to again re-instate the "Inheritance tax" or "Death tax."

Geez, I cant believe the GOP is stooping down to the level of democrats with a debate that most likely will feature sock puppets asking the questions.
I will have more respect for any GOP canidate who refuses to debate in this silly format.

LOL> I agree. I am not part of the You Tube generation either! But it's gotten to the point they to get more people to vote to make the elections "legitimate," and then the winner has a "mandate" to do whatever they please and their masters require of them. Why not involve the dumbest of the population? |
