Default I want *THIS* truck!!!

Check this out

Specs:

A local car lot here is selling them and they are cool as hell looking. That's what I need to run from home to our terminal about 30 miles away when I'm at home. They have a 4 door car of the same thing. Also, it's classified as a motorcycle since it's a 3 wheeler.

    I found there website: http://www.wildfiremotors.com

So what you basically have is a 250cc chinese scooter with 3 wheels and a roof. Really the price they are asking for those seems a little high to me. 5400 bucks? You can get a 250cc chinese scooter for less than a grand. Surely all that plastic and extra wheel isnt worth 4400 bucks.
Dont get me wrong, chinese scooters can be a great deal, if you realize what they are. A 1000 buck toy you will ride for at most 2 years before it completely breaks.
Good luck finding chinese parts for it when it breaks.

wait, I just thought of something that would be really cool. The bed only will hold 500 lbs, so you could put 800 lbs in the back and do wheelies everywhere.

You might want to close the sun roof while moving, you'll blow it off or slow you down your choice.

Cover look to be on backwards.

Says it gets 70 miles per gallon, how many gallons does the gas tank hold??

Better be sure to stay off the big roads with that thing, might get blown over by a passing truck.

They make great farm/ranch utility vehicles, plus you can go to the grocery store in them. If you do not mind all the strange looks!

I went and had a closer look at one today before I started down the highway. The body isn't plastic or fiberglass - it's steel, except for the hood (nose of it). The gas tank looks to be about 2.5gallons (give or take). The sunroof isn't backwards. They put it on that way so you'd have positive ventilation in the summer since it's not powerful enough for an a/c. Both door windows roll down as well. It does have a heater - the engine is water cooled.

They also make a 4 door of the same thing - well, 5 door - the back hatch opens and you can fold the rear seat flat for hauling whatever.

I can get one for $4,495 at the local dealer.

My dad is going tomorrow to test drive one. His normal driving area is about a 5 mile radius now that he's retired, except for the almost daily trips to a lake about 15 miles away for fishing. Gotta be cheaper to run than his Dakota with a 318 in it - hehe.

Im going to have to pass on the Chinese 3 wheeled scooter cars. At least until they figure out how to make safe toothpaste.

Typical "minor" chinese car fender bender
