Default End mexican trucking legislation

I just called my state senator in Washington, it took me a whopping 1 minute to oppose the Mexican trucking program, which legislation will be passed on as shortly as TOMORROW.

If you can spare 2 of your anytime minutes on your cell, you can make a difference. My representative is Dick Durbin of Illinois and his number is (202) 224-2152.

The general switchboard at the US capitol is (202) 224-3121 and they will connect you to your state's representative. All they asked was the concern, then took my zipcode.

So, enough whining on the forums about the issue, GET OFF YOUR BUTT AND DO SOMETHING. Heck, you can even be on your butt when you call If you are against an ill-defined pilot program with more holes than swiss cheese and want to protect our industry...make the call

Calls are made, e-mails,and letters are sent. It takes a little time, but its worth the trouble, if anything to take a stand against the corrupt political machine that runs/ruins our country.

it always comes down to the bottom line, fleets and companys will save millions with the mexicans on the roads, i hope it never happens, but with so much money on the line these people might actually be on the road soon, a very sad reality.

Larz,
There's no reason to believe that they won't be voting for the mexican trucks,....but at least there was a chance to voice an opinion.
On a more personal note,.....Martinez is a sell out,..and so is Nelson,.....I'm already an independant,...have been for years.
