A new twist on an old scam
I was getting fuel and this guy comes up to me and says he is quitting his job, his fuel card wont work and he cant get a hold of his boss, He just needs enough money to buy about 50 gallons to get home. I told him good luck and watched him go from trucker to trucker and then he got in his Dodge Ram pickup and left.

That's interesting. 50 gallons in a Dodge pickup? Maybe so. :| Funny, though.

(I love the "I'll pay you right back" line these people use. Riiiiiiight.)

Anyone ever walked up to you with a broken truck key and said the other half is stuck in his door lock? He needs $$$ to get a locksmith and blah blah blah

When I was with JB this last winter I locked the keys in my truck at the fuel island. I walked around and asked other drivers with FL Century's if they would try to open my door, more than half told me to either f off or they ignored me. Finally found a driver and his key fit my truck. I was amazed how many drivers thought I was trying to scam them. I would would help another driver if he needed help just was surprised me how many won't.
