Petrebilt 389 fleet info?

Petrebilt 389 fleet info?

Does anyone have any knowledge if any major fleets have commited to pick up the 389? Intresting to know as my outfit goes through trucks like hot cakes. THX mc

There are a couple of companies that come to mind that run Petes. Dont know anything about them getting 389s. I know that Freymiller runs new Petes. TMC also has Petes. Passmore also. All though, they are now in the process of being in cahoots with Prime, so those big Petes that Passmore has might be gone in the future. I have not yet seen a 389 on the road. Ive seen pictures on Pete's website, and truck paper's website.

NFI ordered a whole crapload of 378's with set back axle last year----which basically looks exactly like the dicontined 377 model.

So, i think it would be a good bet that they would go to the 389.

but you probably don't want to go with NFI.

One company I can bet that will have the 389 will be Florilli since the owner of that company is in love with Petes his wife and daughter however their fleets are the Freightliners and Internationals.
