I went to school with a girl who was very trim, petite, and highly athletic, but she had a gigantic, disproportionately huge rack on her; dramatically bigger than my then girlfriend's (now wife's) D-cups. There's no way they were fake. She was a radical hairy feminist who had moral objections to showering (she used to work out in some kind of sweat trapping suit, and then come to my language lab to leave a stench that would linger for days) and she never, ever wore a bra. If one trim girl could have a ridiculously unbalanced rack, I do have to vote that picture PLAUSIBLE. There's no tell-tale fake boob fake cleavage visible anyway, and they don't have that completely un-natural faux roundness to them.
