ive been in my local job 10 years. i think an otr driver needs to quit every year or two. those big companies dont care about you and they will burn you out if you are a yes man.
with 2 weeks notice you can write your own ticket and they will tell you what ever you want to hear.
you can roll your 401k into a vanguard ira. they would like to replace us with mexican trucks and drivers so forget about loyalty to a big trucking company that is a member of the ata :twisted:
