I'm glad I'm no longer out there having to drive in that area! I used to be there EVERY DAY.

I guess this will really confuse Rosie O'Donnell... Or this could actually be the FIRST time that fire melted steel! :roll:

At least no one was killed!
The damage reminds me of the Loma Preiata Quake.

The traffic there is such a nightmare as it is.
I use to live in the North Bay area. (Sonoma and Napa)
Started out in Sausalito...until that got so crowded.

I just took a load to Watsonville with a reload in Salinas...and what a mess traffic is around there as well....but nothing compared to the Bay Area.

Well...these people wanna live there! Looking back...I can't understand who would want to put up with 3-4 hours of commute traffic every day. :roll:

I just saw on the news that Barbara Boxer was at a press conference and said that "We need to tighten the restrictions on these (truck) drivers"

Is there still room for making the rules tougher? Seems like someone just trying to get some more votes for the election...

I think they should limit us to 25mph and require a 30 minute break every 2 hours, with a total on-duty/driving time of 6 hours per day.

Think Wally Worlds shelves would go dry?
