Yesterday, after I ate lunch with my wife, I went to the Flyin J to get gas, before I had to get ready for work. I pulled into the Flyin J, and as soon as I got out of my pickup, I hear a kaboom. Sounded like someone dropped a trailer, or something. I was getting my pickup fueled up, and this old man walked up to me. He asked me if I saw that pickup run off the bridge across the street. I was like, huh? I looked, and sure nuff, the concrete guardrail was missing, and people were standing all over the bridge on Jacksboro Hwy(4-lane street). Anyway, I called my buddy, and I told him about it. He came over there, and we looked at the scene. This pickup had to be
flying. He flew over 30 yards in the air, before he hit the other side of the river. Here is a link of the news. My wife noticed me and my buddy. We are on the picture. He is in blue, with the white cap, and I am in the black shirt, black hat. I'm the short one on the right. It's really sad how this old man ended his life, but it could have been worse.
