Default Terrible Tuesday

Well, today is the 28th Anniversary of Terrible Tuesday. Here are some links about the tornadoes that swept through north Texas.

We use to get some Industrial-grade storms back then!

They have come a long way in forecasting and warning of these storms...but not much helps when they come as big and awesome as storms like these.

These photos remind me of that movie "Twister" ...the one with Bill Paxton and Helen Hunt.
It's all too hard to imagine.

Yeah, they have come a long way. They are pretty good at warning folks, but this is Texas, and sometimes, those thunderheads come out of nowhere.

Yeah, I'm sure there are some pictures somewhere else, but those are all I could find. My dad could have taken some pictures with his camera, but he looked for it the day after, couldnt find it.
:P

Yeah, Twister was a hoot. Kinda silly movie. :P
