First off, it's not, "So easy EVEN a Caveman can do it."
It's, "So easy a Caveman can do it."

Furthermore, I really like the newer commercials with Talia Shire as the therapist and she tries to engage the younger caveman in roll play. Begrudgingly, he asks the doll how is he doing and then looks at her and shrugs his shoulders saying, "And he doesn't say anything because he's a doll!"
