Default Trailer/camper remodeling

Just askin' all you 'handymen'; I've got a Gooseneck(horse)trailer, w/living space. Living space is unfinished, but is carpeted. I want to insulate/panel it- sorta like the inside of a regular camper. It is steel. Just looking for ideas and any opinions on what best materials to use, etc.

sheets of foam with 1/4 paneling glued to it, trim the foam to fit between the studs, that's how campers are built.
